The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Masseria le Puglie is a superior category product, extracted from olives grown in Italy, obtained by mechanical procedures in two very fragrant qualities: Delicate (based on monocultivar Arbequina) and Intenso (based on monocultivar Coratina) both cold extracted and filtered. They are sold in 0.5 liter dark glass bottles and 3 liter cans.
In ancient times, the Apulian territory was divided into three large areas: the Capitanata, the Land of Bari and the Land of Otranto. For this reason the region was called Le Puglie until the unification of Italy. For our brand, we wanted to revive this term to underline the many aspects of a region that in recent years has had an extraordinary success from a tourist point of view but above all for the richness of its proposal gastronomy and its products of excellence.
